Looking into it...

I don't notice any links that were removed; it's just that there was
never a big giant link to the AWARE Center from the HWG before.  Blame
the web designer (err...me, at the time) not the IWA folks!

There's still a link to AWARE on www.hwg.org, and there's links to
Web content accessibility guidelines, Bobby, the HWG's accessibility
policy, and more on the (busy) HWG homepage.
